Camera setup tips
  • · Place the camera side-on to you, 2 to 3 metres away.

  • · Perform the movement, pause, repeat. Your coach speaks every 15 seconds.

Theory & Technique

The inside foot pass is the foundation of every passing game. Your non-kicking foot should plant firmly alongside the ball, roughly 15 cm away, pointing at your target. Open your hips so the inside of your kicking foot faces the ball squarely. Lock your ankle — a floppy ankle kills accuracy. Strike through the centre of the ball with the flat inside of your foot and follow through toward your teammate. Keep your body over the ball and your eyes on the target. Accuracy beats power every time.

Fun Fact
